Well, it’s not quite official yet, but baby steps are being taken, pending funding, for the Second Annual True Grit Days Festival in Ridgway, Colorado. Sunshine Brings Back Colorado Property Seekers

If you love skiing great powder, Colorado, especially the Western Slope, has been the place to be. The Telluride snow report is a 74″ total base and 264″ for the season’s total. Again this is great news for the snow bunnies. However, the folks that enjoy both the sun and the snow were getting a bit discouraged this season. But, be of good cheer, the sun has returned and that puts a smile on even the frostiest of faces. It has also brought out the property hunters that might have been a bit gun shy when it came to making the trek through the mountains. Phones in the real estate offices have started to ring again and the e-mails are picking back up.
